What we collect
StayWhere has no accounts yet. Your watchlist, "My place", budget and the answers to the welcome questions are saved only in your own browser (local storage). They are not sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes them.
[If analytics is added:] We count page visits and which features are used with a cookie-free analytics service. It does not identify you or track you across other sites.
Third parties
- Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of the request.
- Street View pictures, when shown, load from Google Maps under Google's privacy policy.
- Links to PropertyGuru, 99.co and Google Maps open those sites, which have their own policies.
Your rights
Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) you can ask what personal data we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Contact: [hello@staywhere.app].
About the figures
Prices, rents and home values are estimates from past public transactions and nearby blocks. They are not valuations, offers or financial advice. Distances are straight-line unless marked as walking. School distances are measured to the school's address point, which differs from MOE's method; check OneMap before applying. Always confirm details with HDB, URA, a licensed agent or a valuer before you buy or rent.
